Learn More About Tara

Through coaching, I’ve learned transformation that sticks, sustains, and has real impact happens through ALIGNment. When we ALIGN leadership with goals; when we ALIGN actions with our values; when we ALIGN our people and process with our vision; when we ALIGN our investment of time and resources with our talents, lasting change can happen for leaders, teams, and organizations. When I’m not helping overwhelmed leaders, I enjoy cooking and planning fun adventures with family and friends.

Pamela Nelson, Leadership Coach and Counselor

Strategic | Connectedness | Individualization | Relator | Activator

I have always believed that every step of life—good and challenging—has a purpose. Everything is connected to lead us to our “why.” CliftonStrengths gave language to what was intuitive for me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with individuals and teams on wellbeing.

Even the most successful individuals can struggle to silence the whispers of insecurity, unworthiness, unhealed trauma, regret, and shame. This manifests as unhealthy reactions at work or home, burnout, lack of joy, questioning why we aren’t happy, a suspicious thought-life, and hiding our true selves. I help people unpack their history so they can freely live the story they want to tell.

Dr. Ashley Lang, Emerging Leader Coach

Futuristic | Strategic | Significance | Command | Competition

I have a strong passion for challenging people to be true to themselves. We must know and understand ourselves before we can expect to know and understand others and those we lead. I facilitate the process of making a vision into a reality while developing you as a person, team, or organization. While I do work with leaders at every level, I am particularly driven to coach and help new and emerging leaders to succeed.

Learn More About Laura
At my core, I am motivated to develop people. A social worker and career coach by trade and a youth mentor by night, I see connections between people and systems, then create solution-focused approaches to address needs. If you’d like a cheerleader, confidant, and accountability partner to help you uncover your strengths, create a search plan, or develop an effective resume and interview strategy, that’s me.

Whether I’m camping lakeside with family in the summer or staying warm while ultra-competitively playing cards during the cold Minnesota winters, I am not often sitting still (an Achiever, Discipline combo will do that). I’m a little like Leslie Knope (Parks and Recreation)—I bring a metaphorical binder full of resources, cheer on my team with a sense of humor, and bring a “can do” attitude to any situation.
