Titles are about authority, but our leadership practice determines our influence. Grounded Leadership is a practice that ensures emotional maturity while encouraging individual growth and building thriving teams.

During this 10-month development journey, participants will learn together in a cohort while developing their own unique practice of leadership. You will be matched with a qualified coach based on unique leadership needs and receive eight individual coaching sessions to ensure you go further faster on your leadership journey.
